The applicant confirms that Qhagamshela may use supplied and publicly available business assets to prepare the private preview, and that the applicant has authority to provide those materials.
Commercial use
Publishing, deploying or commercially using the preview requires a separate written build agreement unless Qhagamshela confirms otherwise.
Decision to proceed
Receiving a preview creates no obligation to buy. Qhagamshela may decline requests that are inappropriate, misleading, unlawful or outside the current scope.
